Who runs this site

Pastasole publishes this site about its own restaurants. It is not an independent review platform. To keep it trustworthy, the rules below are applied the same way to every review.

Rules

• No star filter. Every review posted on Google Maps for the New York locations from 2025-10-01 onward is included, whatever its rating.
• No editing. Review text is copied as Google shows it. Reviews written in other languages appear in Google's English translation; the original text is kept in the JSON files.
• Owner replies are shown under the review they answer.
• Names are shortened to first name and last initial. Each review links to its original on Google Maps.
• The all-time Google rating shown for each location is the figure Google Maps itself displays, not a calculation from this site.

Collection

Reviews are collected from Google Maps through the DataForSEO Google Reviews API. The current snapshot was collected on 2026-09-19. The site is regenerated from that snapshot; the date on each page shows how current it is.

Corrections: if a review here differs from Google Maps, Google Maps is the source of truth.
